Body Flex Health & Fitness Suite [Fitness]
Body Flex Health & Fitness Suite is located at the top floor of Ardoyne Youth Club, providing cardiovascular and weight resistant forms of engagement in physical activity. The Fitness Suite is a social enterprise project run through Ardoyne Shankill Health Partnership, a Healthy Living Centre. The fitness suite can also offer Exercise Referral programmes, personal training, spin classes and free weights. Membership is £20 per month or £3 per visit.
